Our client is an international company who areexpanding in their field. They are a leading technology companyspecializing in high-quality small-scale equipment for the foodindustry and laboratory departments. They are looking for an InsideSales Engineer with an open and flexible personality. The rolefocuses on Account and Project management of existing business andfocuses on Sales to research and development departments in thefood industry. The successful candidate will sell to and supportnew and existing markets and improve their current market presencewhich is already extremely healthy and still expanding. Main Tasks:As an International Sales/Support Engineer you are part of oursales team. You will work closely with the various departments. Youknow how to translate customer wishes into technically feasiblesolutions. You maintain (telephone/email) contacts with customersat home and abroad. You have a commercial attitude and can estimatewhich phase a lead is in. You are able to convert a quote into anorder. You follow and identify relevant developments in the market,map them and take targeted actions. You are responsible for salesadministration and proper registration of all data and monitoringlead and opportunities in our CRM system. You remain the contactperson for the customer for our standard products. You are alsoinvolved in general activities that occur in sales and marketingRequirements : Native or Business level of English Conversationallevel Dutch or Understanding with the intent to study Dutch isrequired. Proven Inside Technical Sales/Account + ProjectManagement background Experience in dealing with highly educatedclients such as Professors, Engineers, Researchers, Developers is apré Technical knowledge or affinity is required University / HBOlevel of education Preferably experience in Food industries butabsolutely not essential Candidates should be open to working 100%from the office as this role requires very little travelling toclients.
