We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Construction Sector.
- Develop creative recruitment solutions in attracting, engaging and retaining talent for the project
- Devising, running and evaluating selection processes, interviews, psychometric tests and recruitment strategies
- Undertaking workforce planning to assess current and future recruitment needs
- Selection and management of preferred recruitment agencies
- In conjunction with line managers, creating compelling advertisements and other recruitment related documentation
- Networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
- Advise and support managers on best practice recruitment and selection strategies and processes
- Monitor and keep up to date with current employment legislation ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
- Train staff and hiring managers on interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor in recruitment
- Ideally a degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, preferable in the construction or engineering sector
- Strong systems knowledge, MSOffice suite, SharePoint, LinkedIn Recruiter and CHIRS er21 system advantageous
- Demonstrated sound judgement in recruitment selection techniques
- Commitment to team work and working together
- Demonstrated ability to work at pace and achieve target deadline and balance priorities
- Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain strong relationships with line managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
