We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Construction Sector.

  • Develop creative recruitment solutions in attracting, engaging and retaining talent for the project
  • Devising, running and evaluating selection processes, interviews, psychometric tests and recruitment strategies
  • Undertaking workforce planning to assess current and future recruitment needs
  • Selection and management of preferred recruitment agencies
  • In conjunction with line managers, creating compelling advertisements and other recruitment related documentation
  • Networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
  • Advise and support managers on best practice recruitment and selection strategies and processes
  • Monitor and keep up to date with current employment legislation ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
  • Train staff and hiring managers on interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor in recruitment
  • Ideally a degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, preferable in the construction or engineering sector
  • Strong systems knowledge, MSOffice suite, SharePoint, LinkedIn Recruiter and CHIRS er21 system advantageous
  • Demonstrated sound judgement in recruitment selection techniques
  • Commitment to team work and working together
  • Demonstrated ability to work at pace and achieve target deadline and balance priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain strong relationships with line managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
