Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (APAC)

We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The IT Sector.

• Partnering with Talent Branding to create robust marketing strategies to build talent channels and programs across the functions and region
• Working with strategic partners to drive diversity hiring and create new pathways to build pipeline
• Partnering with our Global teams and leaders to build New To Career (NTC) programs for the region
• Improving assessment-selection and working with the leaders across the business to train hiring managers and interviewing teams
• Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the business in the region and globally

• Extensive leadership experience managing a team/function across several countries in APAC
• Inspiring leader who promotes collaboration
• Prior experience developing TA programs
• Prior experience in maturing a TA function and developing hiring strategies across a region
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and extensive experience partnering with senior executives within an organization
