As a Senior HR Officer you will provide HR advice and support to employees and managers. You will be focusing on improving, optimizing and digitizing processes and procedures within the organization and to get approval on the changed procedures by the works council. Next to the day to day HR operations, you will be involved in multiple HR projects and work closely together with the HR team.

As a Senior HR Officer you will provide HR advice and support to employees and managers. You will be focusing on improving, optimizing and digitizing processes and procedures within the organization and to get approval on the changed procedures by the works council. Next to the day to day HR operations, you will be involved in multiple HR projects and work closely together with the HR team.

Tasks and responsibilities

HR

  • Coordinate and execute recruitment process, both directly and through agencies, select new employees in close cooperation with responsible management and ensure correct onboarding.
  • Provide HR advice and support.
  • Guide and assist all levels of the organisation on various HR topics.
  • Organize, co-ordinate, prepare, execute and facilitate all possible HR processes and HR correspondence.
  • Keep up-to-date with information regarding developments in human resources practices, employment legislation.
  • Share knowledge with HR team.
  • Advice on improvement of HR processes, participate in HR related projects to develop new systems and/or procedures, and after approval implement new systems and/or procedures in close cooperation with HR colleagues.
  • Provide support to superior when developing and writing HR Policy and budget, HR rules and regulations, updates of the Staff Manual, grievance and disciplinary casework, sickness absence casework.
  • Lead, participate in and/or advice in change management programs, working groups, HR related projects, learning & development.

Relationship management

  • Develop, build and maintain working relationships internally and externally

HR Administration

  • Handle all related correspondence and contracts according to set HR Operational Procedures.
  • Provide guidance to HR Administrator and/or HR Assistant.
  • Supervise and/or execute preparation and delivery of contractual documents or correspondence.
  • Ensure timely and correct administration of all HR related information according to procedures and guidelines.

HR Reporting

  • Ensure timely and correct reporting to superior based on set key performance indicators in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines.
