We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Pharma Sector.
- Understand business and organization in-depth, monitor, diagnose and analyse the human capital in line with business needs
- Work with business leaders to engage and retain talents, ensure the succession of key positions
- Be accountable for performance management and foster high performance culture by guiding, coaching and influencing people managers and talents to improve organization''s performance
- Understand, analyze and provide insights on local compensation and benefits practice to Total Rewards in headquarters
- Take proactive initiatives to minimize management issues, equip people managers with ER sense and knowledge
- Interact with management and employees actively, enrich communication channels and become the communication link between employees and management
- Interpret and monitor adherence to company HR policies, procedures and control throughout the company
- Be responsible for local employees onboard and exit
- Bachelor degree or above
- Over 8 years HR experience with solid HR cross-function knowledge
- Combined HRBP & Recruiting experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong capability of prioritizing and handling multitasks, executing quickly
- Be able to work under pressure
- Fluent Mandarin is a big plus
- Self-motivator, hands-on, disciplined and proactive person with great team-work spirit and strong accountability
