Sales & Marketing - Customer Service
Sales / Marketing The position will suit a person with a customer service, sales, clerical or personal assistant background, with an effervescent personality and a multilateral approach, familiar with databases and social media Familiarity with general office and administration duties and the ability to show initiative and common sense will be an advantage.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Assisting clients on a day-to-day basis
· Working to deadlines and prioritising workload
· Maintaining and reconciling key projects
· General Administrative duties
· Prepare proposals
· Preparation of correspondence, conference, talks etc The ideal candidate will have a professional approach and be able to multi-task, with minimal supervision to be applied to different task areas. Essential Criteria:
• Common sense
• Ability to prioritize workload and be flexible
• Experience dealing with confidential information
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Attention to Detail
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Friendly attitude and telephone manner
• Effervescent person
• "Can do" attitude is essential to succeed in this role.
• Good command of the English language and any European language can be of advantage
