You would like to become the Sales Manager of a luxury hotel? Then approach this opportunity!

Our client, a well know hotel management company is continuously expanding. Currently they look for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for their new opening hotel in Hauts-de-France. You will start to work in January, 2021 and support the pre-opening team, in order that the opening some month later will be a great event and the base for offering the guests a place to feel good and safe.

Your tasks:



•Account management of the global potential of each account: Qualification and continual

•business review, rate negotiations and rate loadings, distribution optimization.

•Always search out for new accounts and develop trusted and professional relationships.

•Actively represent and promote the Element brand and its values for extended stays.

•Ensure all sales opportunities in the defined scope of responsibility will be closely

•followed and optimized and inputted into the sales database.

•Monitor results to reach objectives and adjust activities to ensure objectives are reached.

•Create and coordinate sales actions to boost clients leads.

•Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales actions/ trips and roadshows as required to meet the sales targets of
the hotel.

•Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and associated action

•planning.

•Stay current with market knowledge of new companies moving into the area or any changes to hotel comp set or new supply entering
the market.

•Record all activities in hotel system and the Sales & Catering CRM database.
