We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Hotel Business Sector.

  • Work with the Director of Sales to update and implement the Annual Sales Plan and implementation strategy;
  • Have a complete understanding of the Hotels sales vision, its products, services, rate structure and revenue budget;
  • Implementation of personal sales call plan with regular follow up for effectiveness;
  • Maintain client base to ensure business is retained and developed where possible;
  • Securing corporate and leisure accommodation business including groups and food and beverage events business with set targets
  • Proactively identify revenue opportunities and convert new business particularly on need periods and meeting business from corporate accounts to maximise hotel performance;
  • Record and follow up on all leads in a prompt and professional manner;
  • Maintain a database of key accounts, ensuring this is reviewed and updated regularly
