We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Retail Sector.

  • Managing, leading, coaching and developing a small and diverse team
  • Increasing the service demand for 13cabs brand and the volume of partners within the network
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Onboarding of new Partners to the network
  • Resolving escalated enquiries from customer feedback and Partner coaching
  • Increasing brand presence through event coordination and brand activations
  • Network communication regarding fleet quality policy and procedures
  • Accountability to ensure regional compliance with regulations and network standards
  • Bachelor''s degree in commerce or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years in operations management
  • Track record of success in building meaningful relationships within a service driven environment
  • A demonstrated track record in achieving business growth in a regulated market
  • Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
  • Proven experience in effectively managing and developing a team
  • Previous experience in small business consulting will be highly regarded
