Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? We are currently recruiting for an experienced PMO Office Manager to join our team. We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience in a PMO environment preferably on telecoms or utility work.

You'll be working in a part of Telent that is dedicated to transforming the way support is delivered nationwide to Openreach and other external network providers. Role Profile:

Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will take a lead role in the business planning process, managing dependencies across the work streams and the consolidation of activities (as appropriate). You will be responsible for maintaining an oversight of all activities being managed including any third-party providers, providing reports for Exec, Department Heads and Managers giving updates.


Report progress and status using a common format and consistent content, including risk & issues identified and actions taken, scope, management, schedule summary, budgetary expenditure, etc.
Track resources and reporting to management on resource allocation, demand and forecast.
Support/ensure correct administration.
Be responsible for the supervision, induction, and training of staff.
Work closely with senior members of the PMO throughout the full process lifecycle, providing guidance and best practice to enable successful delivery.
Engage effectively with the wider business.
To support, coach and motivate team members including resource planning to ensure effective resource utilisation in the short, medium and long term.


Working knowledge of MS office and technical software.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
