 Established in 2007, Melanie Macfarlane & Associates Pty Ltd is an Australian company that provides migration advice and services through MMMigration, and education consultancy and student visa services through VETA Education Consultancy. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and 3 offices in Colombia, the Company has many years of experience in providing exceptional and tailored professional advice and immigration and education assistance.   We are looking for a National Sales and Marketing Manager to join our company. The National Sales and Marketing Manager is to lead the sales and marketing activities throughout South America and Australia.   You will be responsible for creating and implementing an annual marketing plan in line with the company’s overall strategy and objective, leading various marketing campaigns in offices throughout Australia and Colombia and leading sales teams in all offices to maximise company sales and meet monthly targets.   You are expected to have  

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales or Marketing Manager
  • Work experience in international education industry will be highly valued
  • Knowledge of Australian education framework and student visa system is desirable
  • Proven record of managing a team of sales professionals in the past.
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Excellent Customer service skills- delivery is the key
  • Must have a strong business acumen and understanding of Latin American market
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish is highly regarded
