We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Marketing Sector.

  • Ensure the presentations to clients will blow our clients socks off, making improvements and recommendations to your team along the way
  • Lead client meetings and regularly visit the client to ensure strong face to face interaction
  • Navigate the complicated media landscape and articulately explain to clients the "why" behind our recommendation
  • Build trust and prove that you are seen as an educated advisor on how advertising will affect our clients'' customer ecosystem
  • Clearly articulate the impact that system will have on results and how the channels work together
  • Unlock a first to market opportunity with an external partner to build out a unique response to a brief
  • Collaborate with other teams or departments within the agency to drive the adoption of Connected Execution
  • Work to develop a culture of strategic thinking, where anything is possible and boundaries are there to be broken
  • An extensive experience in media planning and truly understanding the relationship between channels
  • A knowledge of what could be first in market or a unique opportunity
  • An awareness of what award winning work looks like
  • Previous experience in Investment with an understanding of media buying/trading
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Previous people management experience, with the ability to define your management style and expectations for your team
  • In-depth knowledge of media channels and tools
  • High levels of energy that helps cultivate a positive social and high performing culture
  • An innate ability to understand numbers like a second language and translate them into a story for our clients
