Chas Clarkson is the national market leader in seasonal event design and illumination, creating magical and memorable experiences for our clients.  We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney Head Office.  Reporting directly to the Senior Creative Manager, this is a unique and exciting opportunity.  Working with high-end clients nationally, this role offers a great team environment, job variety and good future prospects.  The position is based in the Sydney head office at Mascot.  The role is full time with an immediate start.

  • Planning, developing and organizing advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
  • Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
  • Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
  • Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
  • Assist in developing and coordinating applicable marketing collateral and promotional material
  • Preparing and distributing member related EDM’s
  • Coordinating relevant client-based events
  • Provide campaign management support & completing social media and website content updates
  • Support the Mascot Head Office team with general duties      
Core competencies:
  • 2 + years demonstrated digital or direct marketing experience
  • Good communicator both verbal & written
  • Highly organised with good planning skills
  • Administration & support experience in the event / entertainment industry
  • Be able to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously, with a high attention to detail
  • Sound computer skills with good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially excel
  • Excellent presentation
  • Team player and good people skills
