  About the Role
  • IT support vacancy in large blue-chip corporate office.
  • Looking for candidates with previous IT Support/Help Desk experience.
  • Strong technical background in Windows OS, desktop/laptop, hardware/software, end user support.
  • Your own transport/driver''s license will be looked upon favorably.
Your Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite Desktop IT Support in a customer facing role in a fast paced corporate environment.
  • Build devices, perform IT troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with end users.
  • Updating documentation as required such as quick reference guides, support documentation; contribute to common fixes and existing knowledge base.
Required Experience
  • Strong English communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to deal with corporate staff in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and face to face.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in an IT Support and Help Desk role.
  • Troubleshooting, good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive and have initiative!
  • Must have accurate records keeping skills.
  • Co-ordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
