Description Developing a solidand trusting relationship between major key clients and company;Resolving key client issues and complaints; Developing a completeunderstanding of key account needs; Anticipating key accountchanges and improvements; Managing communications between keyclients and internal teams; Strategic planning to improve clientresults; Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing atimeline of performance; Establishing and overseeing internalbudgets with the company and external budgets with the client;Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, andquarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders;Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship managementProfile Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;Goal-oriented, organized team player; Encouraging to team andstaff; able to mentor and lead; Self-motivated and self-directed;Excellent interpersonal relationship skills; In-depth understandingof company key clients and their position in the industry; Eager toexpand the company with new sales, clients, and territories; Ableto analyze data and sales statistics and translate results intobetter solutions; Bachelor''s degree in marketing, businessadministration, sales, or relevant field; Proved previous workexperience in key account management retail; Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, anda people-person; Basic computer skills, and experience with CRMsoftware and the Microsoft Office, with emphasis on advanced Excelskills; Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through oncustomer contracts; Ability to multitask and manage more than onecustomer account; Proven results of delivering client solutions andmeeting sales goals.
