The role

Working in a team environment, as an SLM (Software Lifecycle Management) Consultant  you will be responsible for providing Compliance & Governance consulting to our customers.

As our new Consultant SLM you will be responsible for providing SLM support in the creation and delivery of SLM Services designed to meet customers’ business needs.

The primary focus is to plan, design and implement SLM with our customers.

Execution of high complex consulting services based on best practice for SLM Managed Services;
in more detail:

  • Leading the implementation and operation of small, mid and large multi-national Managed Services within and across countries:Analyze clients situation and design the best solutions Create & establish SLM concepts & processesEstablish continuous service improvements Ensure fulfillment of SLA’s and KPI’sCreation of deliverables like License Balances, Business Health Checks etc.
  • Support in SLM Managed Service RFP’s
  • Present to different audiences in English and German language, be aware of target audience and tailor key messages in leading workshops and meeting
  • Supervise lower-end engagement scoping, including the execution of higher complex deliverables and engagements
  • Closely collaborate with other Service Verticals and the support of Service Sales in pre-sales activities

    What we need to see from you

    Based on your experience in Expert Level Business Consulting you have the necessary skills to consult on senior and C-level with customers and enterprise environments on a global scale:

  • Customer business understanding: Governance, objectives, practices and processes controls related to business requirements
  • Proposing problem solving activities and approaches for dynamic customer challenges within
  • Senior SLM skills, understand SLM concepts and how to apply them in different organizations
  • Good technical architecture understanding including impact on SLM
  • Senior project management skills, including leading large projects content wise, leading distributed project teams with different cultural and language backgrounds
  • Software volume licensing skills
  • Experience in SAM Tools like FNMS, SNOW, Spider etc.
