The role Manage quote creation, order processing and day-to-day customer and partner requests Customer management and setup in ERP-system including opportunity creation Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends through on-going training with software publishers Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through pro-activity Supports the sales effort and updates the database and communicates changes within the company Collaboratively work with assigned Business Development Manager (outside sales rep) to develop an overall account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners Contribute to team effort by supporting all operations and sales initiatives
What we need to see from you 1-3 years professional sales experience is preferred Business fluent in German and English language proficiency Independent, organized, flexible personality Experience in the Microsoft Technologies and licensing Experience working with other key vendors such as VMWare, IBM, Oracle Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Entrepreneurial spirit with attention to detail Solid problem solving and consultative skills required Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
