We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Public Sector.

  • Taking ownership and delivering continuous improvements and maturity levels to service delivery processes, in particular Change, Configuration and Release Management
  • Developing and delivering regular performance reporting for ITIL processes
  • Co-ordinating a Forward Schedule of Change and Release Calendar
  • Providing documented procedures and guidelines for ITIL services, including change management; configuration management; release planning and deployment management
  • Assessing the impacts of changes, including the impacts of proposed schedule on Business Operations by managing the change approvals
  • Minimum 5 years'' experience as an ITIL Service Delivery manager
  • Demonstrated experience on Change, Configuration & Release Manager, in a Production or Service Delivery organisation
  • Proven track-record of delivering process improvements in line with industry best practice
  • Knowledge of transition of changes and/or projects using Agile Methodologies
  • Relevant qualifications i.e. ITIL V3/4 Release, Control & Validation Certificate, ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate is advantageous
