Head Of Legal - Lending

We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Finance Sector.

Lead and direct a team of senior legal professionals both internally and externally who are focused on partnering with the business to achieve commercially driven solutions to legal matters associated with the Bank''s primary business activity (lending)

• As the successful candidate, you will be an exceptional leader with the ability to think laterally around strategic issues, taking into account commercial outcomes and motivations in developing legal solutions.
• It is essential that you have the ability to work, and lead a team, autonomously as well as a natural aptitude to inspire confidence and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in the business.
• To be considered, you will have extensive experience in a senior legal role in-house and/or in private practice. A combination of both, as well as prior experience leading teams will be looked on preferably.
