HR Manager

We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The HR Sector.

• Developing people related systems that grow as we do (HRIS)
• Acting as a leader in encapsulating, instilling and nurturing our company culture, leading by example
  
• Introduce and own a new dedicated human resources management system
  
• Guide both managers and employees through the process of performance management
  

• Alignment with our mission to Improve Education
• Degree qualification in a relevant field
• 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Understand of tech startup, high growth environment
• Strong planning, prioritising and organisation skills
• Experience in interpretation of Awards, Legislation and policies and procedures
• Tech savvy, including experience in HRIS Administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including having critical conversations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Action oriented - will make it happen
• Must have the right to work in Australia
