Our client is a young and ambitious company who believes in building fantastic online brands, by teaming up with the best! They are connecting people and companies through online market platforms and already have built up almost 150 online market platforms all over the world.
They are known for their social, fun, yet performance driven environment. As they are expanding, they now want to add a passionate Account Manager who speaks fluent German and English.


Our offer
We offer a direct contract with the client. The salary ranges between €2500 and €2900€ gross per month, depending on the experience you bring to the table. Moreover, they have an attractive quarterly bonus system. You can look forward to fresh fruit in the office, monthly massages, company outings and weekly drinks with your colleagues! You will also receive a pension plan and a NS business card. The company is ideally located next to Utrecht Centraal ( 25min train from Amsterdam), above the Hoog Catharijne mall. You will never have the excuse of not having time to buy something after work!


Tasks
You will manage your own client accounts and will be responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with them by email, telephone, social media & marketing activities. With your enthusiastic attitude you are able to promote and communicate special offers to prospective clients. In addition, you will be required to maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, handle administrative tasks and follow up on outstanding payments.

-Add value for your client accounts by developing ideas and follow through to achieve a win-win situation for the client and the business (through projects)

-Provide feedback and follow through on areas for developing and improving internal processes

Requirements
You are likely to succeed if you have a:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
-Bachelor or Master degree in Business or related education
-Between 2 and 5 years of experience within commercial position (B2B)
-Commercial mind-set, engaged, ambitious and driven
-You have good communication skills and know how to make your clients feel important
-You are living close to Utrecht and possess a BSN number
