Field Services Manager

We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

You will lead and manage a team of dedicated and talented Field Services Engineers, who are true heroes of the business, with a reputation of exceptional customer service, attitude, technical expertise and ability to quickly resolve service calls.

• A minimum of 1-2 years proven capability leading a team of customer facing technical resources;
• Commitment to customer service excellence every time, as the key to our success has been and always will be our exceptional customer service;
• Experience working in an operational function of a service delivery organisation;
• Previous experience identifying and implementing opportunities for continuously improving business operations;
• Excellent reporting skills along with knowledge of managing multiple accounts with SLAs;
• Strong project management ability along with enhanced leadership qualities
