Director Education Operations

We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Medicine Sector.

• Establish and develop sound working relationships, external alliances & partnerships with external stakeholders
• Provide leadership, management, support and development for the Education Operations team
• Provide operational management and program improvement support
• Contribute to the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the company programs
• Provide the required reporting in adherence with the contractual requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced executive with a passion for operational management, ideally with exposure to medical training, higher education or recruitment. You will be a strong people leader with highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for developing positive and productive working relationships. You will be creative in your approach, but comfortable in a highly regulated environment.
