If you''re a motivated self-starter and looking to join an in-house Marketing and Sales team as the Digital/Editorial Marketing Lead then this is the role for you! 

The role: 

  • Build and manage rich content including blog posts, reports, infographics
  • Grow new leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content
  • Develops and executes the digital campaigns, including all EDM campaigns 
  • Drive customer engagement through CRM and associated automated marketing platforms generating and reporting on both MQL (Marketing qualified) and SQL (sales Qualified) lead volumes
  • Analysing CRM data to optimise strategy and performances
  • Providing monthly reporting, analytics and recommendations to management
  • Contributing to designing and implementing the digital/PR/marketing strategy
  • Lead the development of the strategy to acquire, retain and engage SME clients
  • 5+ years experience in marketing professional services (consulting, B2B, HR sector) within a small to medium organisation
  • Self started with a positive and respectful team attitude
  • Confidence in digital/editorial and strategy 
  • Ability to work autonomously
