Customer Service Coordinator (French Speaking)
Are you enthusiastic and highly organized with a proven ability to solve problems? Do you love the consumer more than anything else? Are you fluent (written and oral) in both English and French? Then you are the Customer Service Coordinator I am looking for!
- Assist consumers (B2C) via telephone and e-mail
- Monitoring order reports and follow up with the client
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Research and resolve consumer queries including account maintenance, sales, order tracking, product/pricing information, credit adjustments, returned merchandise, stock availability, ship dates, COD and pick up information
- Attend European tradeshows as necessary
