MICON Office National is an independently owned & operated Office Furniture and Office Products  Company.Micon Office National has been trading for 18 years and is a member of the  Office National Australia Group .As the leading commercial supplier in the Illawarra, South Coast and Highland regions we value many customer service principals .We are seeking the services of a self-motivated Customer Service Person with a Internal Sales background  to join our team and assist in selling our range of Office Furniture & Office Products .In this role you will be self motivated  responsible for assisting customers with their sales enquiries and processing of all orders whilst conducting retail sales ,quotes and attending to customer needs, product and order enquiries".
Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Managing and  help maintaining existing  valued customer accounts
  • Attending to customer needs, product and ordering enquiries
  • Answering Customer phone orders and enquiries
  • Processing Customer web and phone orders
  • Web content management 
  • Marketing to new & existing database 
  • Email marketing flyers  
  • Liasing with all customers
 Successful candidates will ideally possess the following qualities
  • Office Furniture & Office Products  knowledge 
  • Sound Computer Skills such as excel,word  some photoshop skills or sketch up  
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent Customer Relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a Team environment 
  • Follow up on customer and clients enquiries
  • Attention to detail
