We''re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Insurance Sector.

  • Drive and achieve revenue and margin targets for the region
  • Deliver revenue growth and margin optimisation
  • Lead the end to end customer management for the region and portfolio
  • Drive opportunities for winning new customers within the region
  • Create and implement the strategic regional sales and marketing plans
  • Select, coordinate and manage performance of staff associated with retaining and growing a designated portfolio
  • Lead, manage, develop, coach and mentor individuals to enhance capability, enable growth and delivery to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Ensure continuously updated Customer Account Management Plans exists for each existing and prospective target customer to drive individual revenue and margin targets to meet portfolio requirements and to enhance the likelihood of maintaining or winning contracts
  •  Have a proven track record of experience working in senior sales positions, preferably as a Head of Sales Operations within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading professional account management or sales staff
  • Significant Experience working within large corporate B2B sales and customer relationship management
  • Substantial and successful experience in the achievement of sales objectives and targets
  • Proven success in Regional and Portfolio management
  • Experience in the health and wellbeing sector is highly desirable
