You’ll be responsible for, and challenged to leverage your business process knowledge, your Governance expertise and IAM knowledge, along with your ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels from individual sites up to the global headquarters. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. We’re looking for a Corporate Security Managerwho will Participate in Identity and Access related projects and discussions aiming to align business, IT and security requirements to Signify global strategy.You will coordinate Identity Governance Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects and activities. Next to that you will promote to business owners the importance of having governance over our identities and access rights, knowing the risks and assuring the accountability of our users, including providing team strategic information on access right risks to higher management and leadership team.You’ll be part of our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team. Primary location for this role will be Eindhoven, The Netherlands. What you’ll doDesign, implement and run an Identity and Access Governance function, covering all existing identities, accounts, roles, and rights assignments in various Windows and non-Windows environments to ensure their compliance with existing Information Security Office / IT IAM policies and standards.Develop and execute the global strategy for Identity and Access Governance ensuring its security, scalability, resilience, and compliancy.Coordinate the discussions and design of identity and access, policies, controls, implementations globally ensuring consistency with strategy regardless of technologies in use or areas of the company.Report to CISO on Identity Governance strategic objectives and operational metrics, key performance indicators, risks and outcomes.Liaison with business and technology to have a holistic view of all identities and access rights across Signify and assure that they are properly managed and secured according to our policies.Seek out previously unknown systems and environments not under the control of global Identity Governance and Administration and assess their compliance to IAM/IGA policies and standards.Monitor the effectiveness of IT operational teams and individuals who manage the IAM lifecycle; report, follow-up, and/or escalate any results which lead to significant risk or deviate from process limits.Design and coordinate IAM/IGA related assessments with 3rd parties.What you’ll needBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Science or any other relevant equivalent.5+ years experience in Governance- and/or Identity and Access Management rolesSubject Matter Expert in Identity Governance and AdministrationCISM, CISSP, or similar Information Security certification is a nice to have.As a person you are a strategic and conceptual thinker with the ability to be concise and clear in communication.What you’ll get in return…Competitive salary depending on experienceA variable bonus based on both Signify results and personal performance25 Days of holidays and the possibility to purchase up to 20 extra days off annuallyExtensive set of tools to drive your career, such as a personalized learning platform, free training, and coachingSolid company pension scheme and attractive collective health insurance packageOpportunity to buy Signify shares and products with discountWhat we promiseWe’re committed to the continuous development of our employees, using our learning to shape the future of light and create a sustainable future.
