Our client, a top boutique accounting practice currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Excellence Coordinator to join their firm.

About the Role

The Client Excellence Coordinator is a key position, being the point of contact for the firm with its clients by developing and maintaining relationships. The successful candidate will be engaged in a full-time role to meet the business’ needs by attending to client service and administrative requirements.

Responsibilities Provide support and administrative assistance to assigned Partners/Managers & Accountants including:
·        Maintaining client database, reviewing and checking client documents
·        Scheduling work to meet client needs and achieve efficient resource management
·        Typing letters & reports, collating & preparing work papers, lodgements & filing paper/electronic documents
·        Advising clients of income tax assessments and tax registration requirements
·        Dealing with client tax office correspondence
·        Making and changing appointments with clients, prospects and others
·        Preparing final invoices, completing family trust minutes, and incorporating of companies
·        Monitoring workflow and Work in Progress, logging each job into the electronic workflow system
·        Attending all corporate secretarial matters including minute taking and forms
·        Contacting clients for missing information and monitoring tax due dates and advising clients
·        Fee preparation and following up with client on scope sign off and payment
·        Reviewing and chasing accounts receivable

·        Confident enough to develop client relationships and build rapport with staff, business partners & clients

Experience Required

To be considered for the Client Excellence Coordinator position, you will possess the following:
·        Business Administration qualifications
·        Proven experience in a professional office environment. Accounting and Taxation desired
·        Proven experience with a busy multi-line telephone system
·        Proven experience with office software such as Microsoft Office, Sage/Handi
·        Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
·        Highly organised and the ability to handle a workload to meet deadlines
·        Strong knowledge of general administration processes, with proven experience in AR & AP
·        Excellent attention to detail
·        Experience using accounting systems- (Xero/MYOB etc)
·        Workflow management- professional services
