Understand mining processes and have understanding of SAP,SNOW,TAMS and CCTV. Requirements definition as the core of the role to improve the information available for the design components and reduce the delays in delivery of improvements
Support the work such as systems data collection and validation, documentation and QRG development for systems such as TAMS and CCTV.
Assist with work tracking and scheduling through the use of the Service Now toolset
