We are looking for a skilled and experienced person to strengthen the organic growth within our supply chain organization at our Bubendorf headquarters Your responsibilities  Global responsibility for the Supply Chain Business Application for Label printing (NICE Label) and Cool Chain Tracking solution (LIBERO) including Software and Hardware Responsible for the oversight of daily activities / operations and the 2nd level support incl. Incident Management and Problem Solving Responsible for developing, managing, coordinating people and processes around mentioned applications master data, user management, and power user duties Ensure proper Life Cycle Management according given cGMP regulations incl. overseeing CSV activities and supports the operational units with Data Integrity (DI) Risk Assessments and remediation plans for all related systems Enables strong interaction with IT, End-Users, Quality Assurance and other internal / external global stakeholders Facilitate positive culture change with implementation of new processes and organizational enhancements and adheres to Bachem IT directives, policies, SOPs and working instructions Represents Supply Chain Management Europe and is the point of contact for all customers / authorities audits related to Supply Chain Business Applications and for the processing of the corresponding CAPA's  Your qualifications  Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Information Technology, Economics or equivalent  Several years of experience in User Requirement Engineering, Testing, Training, Implementation of Supply Chain Business Application in regulated (CGMP) industries Deep technical understanding and application knowledge in printing systems (any other systems is an advantage) and its interactions within an SAP environment  Strong working knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes, hands-on working experience in GMP environments is advantageous Demonstrated leadership skills and outstanding interpersonal, communication and motivation skills, effectively manage matrix teams across multiple locations with diverse disciplines Demonstrated business partner/relationship as well as training management experience including strong vendor / project management skills Demonstrated strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities and organizational skills, solves complex problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions Fluent in German and English (writing / oral)  We offerWe offer an exciting and challenging role in a dynamic, growing company and international environment providing opportunities for professional and personal advancement.
