Job Description
1.Build contacts with potential partners to create new business opportunities for AliExpress, understanding their main pain points and offering digital solutions to help the achieve their goals.
2.Maintain an updated database and enhance customer relationships.
3.Maintain knowledge of all potential service offerings of the company and help to develop the portfolio, working together with Category teams, Marketing team and User Growth business unit to understand internal needs and support them in the expansion of their ecosystem.
4.Conduct economical and financial analysis (in collaboration with product development and finance department) to evaluate new service portfolio developments and industrial scalability.
5.Lead the agreement negotiations with existing and prospective partners.
6.Participate in the definition of the business models that could set the basements of a growing business unit within the company.

Job Requirements
1. 5+years working experience in sales operations, business development and strategic marketing.
2. 2+ years France e-commerce related working experience; familiar with brand companies'' online and offline channels and business models, familiar with e-commerce platform operations.
3. Rich business negotiation experience, excellent communication skills and team player.
4. Strong logical thinking ability; systematic operation ability and innovation awareness.
5. Have data analysis and mining capabilities, good at finding problems.
6. Have good project management ability, good at integrating resources, and have excellent organizational and coordination skills.
7. Have good business development skills to be able to hunt new partners to enlarge the Company Ecosystem.
8. Fluency in at least English and French. Other languages (like Mandarin) are also highly appreciated
