We are currently looking to recruit anAccount Manager to cover the regions: Noord & Zuid Holland . Asa Sales account manager, you will be responsible for developinglong-term relationships with customers, overseeing sales andachieving commercial targets set by the company. You will work tosatisfy our customers'' needs and requests, respond to their queriesin a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customerexperience. In this field-based role, reporting to the SalesManager Benelux, you will be responsible for, but not limited to,the following. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manage aportfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Set and tracksales account targets, aligned with company objectives Develop aterritory plan to prioritise activity and focus to meet commercialtargets Develop positive relationships with clients Act as thepoint of contact and handle customers individual needs Generate newbusiness using existing and potential customer networks Resolveconflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely mannerReport on the status of accounts and transactions Monitor salesmetrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Play anactive role within the team by providing market and competitorintelligence, feedback on local trends and working towards agreedobjectives with the Regional Sales Manager Attendance at bothinternal and external meetings, workshops and exhibitions asrequired, which may include some out of hours working from time totime Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identifyopportunities for growth Cardinal Health is an EqualOpportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Competences Aproven, consistent and successful medical devices sales / trainingtrack record with demonstrable Account Management skills Ability tolearn and understand complex clinical product knowledge andclinical data Must be self-motivated to drive ideas and developbusiness opportunities Ability to identify business opportunitiesand the ability to persuade and influence others.
